		<description>You&#039;re the second to note that.  The run-of-the-mill jobs may indeed be taking a hit, but that&#039;s also already been happening with outsourcing.  I did notice that part of Google&#039;s layoffs were targeted at HR folks.  Good news is that the existing software jobs are in place (for now) but few HR folks are needed if there&#039;s a hiring freeze.</description>

Perhaps, you want to say higher-end of softwares (architects, modeling, system analysts, etc) that is approx. 10% of total jobs. Rest run-of-the-mill 90% in programming, operations, QA, etc are going down n down. good summary though...</description>
